10 minute break + what looks like 30-60 mins to get back on the server.
Queues were around 30 people before the break. Over 2k after.

The only bright side of these resets now is that DPS queues are back to normal. About 10 minutes for DPS.
Given that your login queues have no issues but the way that the instancing is handled I'd be surprised if housing instances are handled per server rather than by the master instance servers, meaning anyone on your server at all AFK-tricking in their private chambers is also contributing to the load on those.I think the forced logout will do great to boot off AFK players and stop people from leaving their games running while they're at work and help keep the queue times smaller on congested servers.
But I feel like the servers that don't have extensive congestion shouldn't be hit with the forced logout, just because we don't have any need for it. We're the ones who aren't playing on the problem servers, even the ones who transfered, both paid or free transfer, to not have to deal with the crap that comes along with being on one of those servers.
Seems unfair that we're still punished just like the people who refuse to transfer.
So players and SE chould just accept that people abuse systems? No I'll never accept that crap. Yes this just a game but they need to behave like decent human beings in every arena. Furthermore, if SE continues to see these behaviors then they can escalate their response having given players a chance to change. So if they start heading out bans and temporary suspensions there is no one left for those players to blame.
Except it added a queue at a time when the queue really wasn't that bad to begin with. Its counter productive, if it was a peak hours it would be way worse.
Somewhere deep within his lair, Professor Hatred: supreme leader of the League of Villainous Agitators, has just steepled his fingers together and cackled: "Working as intended then...you virtuous fools!"

Hahaha, I love it! Seeing that Balmung people can spend an hour waiting to get in, then get booted, then have to spend another hour doing nothing makes my 10-minute wait on Hyperion worth it.
Excepting that these queues are moving ludicrously fast compared to how fast they were moving before. On our server it's dropping by 150 places per minute, 600 in four, 1500 in 10, 3000 in 20. And this queue too will disappear in less than an hour as the login servers get everyone online. The queues of 10 or 20 people will no longer exist after that at all because of the some 900+ people booted to begin with.
Cerberus log in q is much smaller and shorter tonight. Normally 1k-2k at the time I log in (7pm BST ). Today 400, about 20 mins waiting. So it seems the policy worked. I am not dealing with absolute as that's what Sith would do. But give it a few days and we will see.
