Same here, I keep complaining about this but the leader of my FC (another DRK main) keeps a positive spin that pisses me off. Yes, I know with Blood Price sucking I can syphon strike in between AD spam but the thing is, I don't want to, because I didn't have to before.
I feel that they need to put the potency for unleash back up to what it originally was or at least 80 potency. Delirium really needs a shorter cool down period to like 60 seconds. Blood price needs to actually give you more MP, I understand they increased the amount of MP you get back with Syphon Strike while in Grit but jezus 120 mp back per hit at lvl 70, vs blood weapons 480 is a huge difference. Increase the potency of Quietus it feels weak for something that cost 50 blood. I feel Bloodspiller should be an OGDC with at least a 30 - 60 second recast. And for the love of god change the dmg modifiers for tanks back to Vit/Str or just Vit. This whole tanks attack being off of STR is not good when you have Sam's spiking almost 20k with their Guren's followed by Kaiten'ed Tenka Gokens on large pulls. I literally had to go back to wearing I270 STR 3.0 accessories with Vit melded to keep my hate up in AoE situations.
For Ref I have the I310 weapon and a whm who tells me pull big.

I really like Blackest Night but would take 3.x DRK over 4.0 DRK anyday

I'd really like to see a potency buff to bloodspiller it feels underwhelming right now, a potency buff when using dark arts to something like 550 w/o grit and 680 with grit or something along those lines possibly even more would be nice. Or even make it oGCD.
Also gives us a third combo they took away the delrium combo, but we got nothing in return. How about give us scourge that has a hit then a dot similar to goring blade, but maybe more initial dmg and a weaker dot.

Dark arts Quietus needs a buff. In 90% of situations, it is not worth using. It's 2400 MP for a 50 potency increase. Dark passenger is the same amount of MP for a 100 potency increase and is off GCD.
The MP used on dark arts quietus could be better spent for another abyssal drain which is 120 potency for a little over half the MP cost. The only time I'm aware that it's worth it is outside of grit against 10 targets during blood weapon, 10 targets SHOULD refund the MP on dark arts completely. That seems like really niche use.
I like the blackest night, the shield and gauge boost is great, problem is the skills that use blood gauge are bad. Quietus doesn't feel like it does enough to warrant using it, bloodspiller feels slow and clunky and I'd prefer using a buffed carve n spit, delirium cool down is too long.
It seems like the consensus, among the drk community is that the only worthwhile skill they got in SB is TBN. The other three needs tweaking or an outright buff, which I can agree with. Delirium either needs a shorter recast or a longer additional duration to BP and BW. Quietus and BS needs to be ogcd and Quietus needs to either hit much harder, or gain increased enmity. Then, there's DP... Oh how low you've fallen... That horrid mp cost should be removed, or pump more potency into it to warrant the large mp cost.

See I disagree. I would rather use Rampart/Shadowall for tankbusters since they are not a slight DPS loss.It seems like the consensus, among the drk community is that the only worthwhile skill they got in SB is TBN. For me it is Bloodspiller, best new skill.

Do something about DP and Make SS a better Buff c; Also Delirium a better output for some dmg as well maybe a short CD and a bit of a buff!
