SAM and RDM PVP Weapons

I don't think they introduced pvp weapons for both SAM and RDM for ARR and HW pvp vendors mainly because..I dunno. they're pretty useless aside from glam..

I agree it was an opportunity to make the choice wider. But maybe they asked themselves the question and just felt they had no good idea for those kind of weapon.
