Red Mage's physical dps skills?

Hey, i'm just curious about some of the skills the Red mages is using. Some skills say they do physical DMG and that would mean the dmg is based on strenght right? However, i'm pretty sure all skills use int anyway, did anyone else notice something similiar?

They do Physical damage if they aren't enhanced, so you shouldn't be using them if they are doing physical damage.
