I like SAM. It feels like a ninja from other games (Ryu Hayabusa). I still find FFXIV's NIN enjoyable; even more, actually.

I'm loving MCH more in 4.0 than I did in 3.0 as a MCH main. Damage is a tad low- but that's irrelevant to the fun aspect of it unless tier whoring is your fun factor. Once you learn to stop button mashing and accidentally overheating during mechanics it's oodles of fun. I see a lot of people complaining about being punished by overheating but with practice you never really find yourself overheating.
NIN and RDM for me.

I love SAM. everything just feels like it flows so well. I am currently levelling my DRG which I main before and so far I haven't been enjoying it so far. Feels like something is just missing from the job which is most likely the level 70 skill but from what I have seen of DRG at 70 doesn't look very interesting or fun.

I love samurai too, for the exact same reason. Not meaning to pry but why are you leveling dragoon if you dislike the job?I love SAM. everything just feels like it flows so well. I'm in love with BLM too. And I'm not even a magic job type of guy.
MCH is the most fun IMO, the gameplay is really nice and it looks awesome visually; DPS wise it is THE worse job in the game and its supportive skills are not the best either, but oh boy, it is FUN.
I just can never get tired of SMN. It's been my main since level 1 and I honestly just think it keeps getting better. It feels good taking down a mob of enemies with my massive AoE and DoTs![]()
for me as well - the main point I always stick to smn is, that it changed completely in every big expansion. ARR, HW and now SB feel all very different in playstyle - it never gets boring for me. Don't care if im on top or bottom line dps wise - the next expansion will come and it will be a completely new cls again - less cls change that much. Also like Brd in this regard it's a game changer as well :3
