I'm moving towards Determination (considering it has been buffed) and Skill Speed (since Crit took a dump). I'm only NIN Lv60, though (used to be my main in ARR and early HW) I guess Crit is still viable on jobs that require a crit for procs, like BRD. I don't know; I never always followed the community rules (I never wore STR accessories on my tanks).
