In Temple of the Fist (I think it was this and not the other one), during the part on final boss when there's a stack mark and at the same time a line of dragons approaching with only one safe spot somewhere. I was healer and had the stack mark, was first standing at middle with my party nearby, but ran towards the safe spot expecting my party members to follow and stack there with me. Well, they didn't and I died. One person did /clap on me, I replied in chat with "Well I thought people would move to the safe spot ". They replied with "Yeah because stack mark means run away". Completely missing the point.

Felt bad for a while and was thinking if I had made a mistake, then ran the same thing with a FC party a bit later, again stack mark on me but this time everyone ran to safe spot for stacking. I guess I'm just too used to people actually doing stuff in a way that makes sense.

It's my understanding that SCH is hands down the worst healer now

The biggest problem with Scholar right now is that excognition and fey union are kind of useless for the time being. They work, just not as well as they could. I'm confident SE will fix this eventually though.

MP management is an issue in dungeons with rando tanks who overpull and give an attitude when you ask them not to. We still perform fine in 8 man's though if the rest of the team is doing mechanics decently.

I got Tam Tara in roulette last night on RDM and I felt so bad for the tank in my group. A new gladiator.

She was doing everything right (I leveled paladin on two characters, with the few tools she had she knew what she was doing), but I would still rip hate from her after 1-3 volleys of dualcast jolt->thunder/aero even after giving her ample time to drain most of her MP on flashes in trash groups and several seconds for 1-2 combos on bosses. Enmity dumps through lucid dreaming helped, but half the time I'd dump the enmity only for the healer to be attacked, and I would get enmity back immediately even with Diversion up.

So to my tank in that group: You have my most sincere apologies for unintentionally making the run difficult for you >.< You did everything right! Tanks just need a damage buff at least at low levels for enmity gain!

I did this all the time too...felt really bad doing it but I couldn't help it. I even alternated enemies when i threw my spells against them.

At that low level you dont have those enimity decreases like you do in the upper levels. My red mage was pulling aggro all the time and I was being super careful.

SAM in Sohr Khai, using an ilvl 120 weapon. Some people are just beyond help.

Actually, I believe the enmity skills are all role actions...

You get all your role actions no matter how far down you are synched now.

I had a really really horrible run in Copper Mine HM last weekend Y_Y
Tanking it with my PLD, as always, and got 1 returning player and 2 newcomers. All up to the last boss went pretty okay-ish, but then i asked wether everyone knows the strategie.

DPS1: It's been some time, please refresh my memories
DPS2; ...
Healer: No

I explained what to do when, told them that someone has to pick a stone and put it into the sand. Should be the healer, since the other 2 are SAM.
Asked for questions, no awnser, ready check, 4x ready, i pull.
First time hungry, i tell him to do the stone thing.
Nothing
Aoe inc, 1 dps dies.
Second time hungry, i tell him to do it.
Nothing. I try to run and do it, get interrupted-
Aoe inc. 1 dps and healer die.
Third time hungry, i try and do it, barely get there in time.
I heal myself and the dps as much as i can, we defeat the boss with barely health left.
I call out the people and tell them what went wrong. 'Don't ignore tactics'. 'I explained, why didnt you do anything?' 'The story will give you more challenging fights, you should really do the strategie if you want to be able to finish it.'
According to 2 dps (the healer went mute) i am a dick, should calm down and not take the game too seriously.

On a side note: I finished the MSQ yesterday and nearly went mental during the last fight. People not being able to do the wave mechanics that comes 10 seconds after the start of the fight despite having tried it 5 times allready just make me angry >_>

You do. I ran Tam Tara nm as a RDM and I was using Lucid Dreaming almost on cooldown. It's so good for the massive aggro spikes you generate with the melee combo. I would jump in, attack til pull, then pop LD and let it go right back to the tank.

Had an arse of a tank last night who didn't understand healing but still felt the need to comment on mine... We were running one of the new lvl 70 dungeons (with coerlfist guy at the end). Said at the start me and my bf were new to it, but they went ahead with big pulls anyway... No worries, will try my hardest I thought, but omg. I've never been keen on healing WAR tbh, their HP seems to yo-yo so much more than other tanks and I don't know if it was lack of cooldowns or just how hard hitting the mobs are now if you pull too much but they went down on first big pull. Said nothing, re-start, carried on to last boss and no more wipes. But, got to last boss and they felt the need to say:

"if you spam aoe heals again and I almost die I swear to god I will shirk you and laugh at your misery"

Just... no. I'm still fuming about it now. So much so I looked them up on lodestone. Their astro is 55, whm 34 and not unlocked sch, so no, you don't get to comment on other's healing when you haven't experienced 60 - 70 healing as it is now. AST's mp management is harder now and I don't have the big heals that whm have. The only reason I can think of that they thought I was "spamming AOE heals" is because they were losing aggro/not positioning mobs great and so everyone was getting hit so i'd chuck out a helios then an aspected helios for the shield before going back to spamming single target heals on the tank. That's not "spamming aoe heals" that's trying to keep everyone alive... I felt bad because the RDM was great, it was mine and my bf's first time in there so we each died to the last boss once and they rezzed us straight away. Made sure to say thank you to them but... Doesn't make me wanna go back in there :/ will just stick to the other one. And so very grateful for cross world blacklist.
I'm also salty they have the fox ears and minion i've been trying to get since early access :P god dammit Foxy Lady :'(

On a sort of positive note, downed the last trial in DF which is a small miracle :P after 1 vote abandon, tried again and got a great group, 2 wipes still but further each time and now done with MSQ! Hurry up 4.1 :P
