So what is Bis for Red Mage?

Uh... I have read somewhere in reddit that spell speed was going to be the go to stat for red mage, not sure how right or wrong that is tho.

I thought so at first too, but it doesn't actually drop the CD by that much.

So Now I've gone with the Crit > DHit > Det = SS

And its surprisingly effective.
