Stormblood code rejected after early access.

I am having a problem with my stormblood code, I put it into mogstation under user accounts, enter expansion code, and it says it's been used and is not valid. I paid $60. for early access and the expansion pack.. is this an issue on their end? or am I doing this wrong?

It's an issue on their end, many copies came packed with invalid codes, you need to open a service ticket with them in regards to it and pray that they bother to actually respond.

I've been waiting 3 days and nothing yet. Customer service is a joke.

Are you putting in the code for Early Access again or are you entering the NEW code for full Stormblood access?

If you ordered from the SE Store, log into your orders and the code will have been updated with the full access expansion code. The previous code was only for Early Access and no longer works.
