I am one of those who is caught in a 3500 queue in Balmung and wait for 2-3 hours to get into the server and I am trying to move to another server with our FC breaking into two temporarily. But I can't leave because I am trying to demolish my room in the FC house because of the following message:
"Due to extreme server load, you were unable to leave this area. Please try again later."

So I tried to go online in the morning where the queue was only 5 people. I tried to demolish my room once more. This is the following message again:
"Due to extreme server load, you were unable to leave this area. Please try again later."

What are you guys trying to pull? Because you want people to leave the server and transfer to preferred worlds. I've been trying to get into the FC house and demolish my room for past 2 hours since I woke up and this is still causing the same issue.

Make up your mind, Square Enix.

You forget you're in balmung. You have to erp with the room itself before it allows you to leave.

I think the issue is people are afking in their rooms crafting something. So they're clogging up the housing instances. Notice it only happens at houses and not the open world.

That's actually terrible. Like it's really hard for people to leave server and FC when we are trying to demolish and empty it out... I don't know why the game is allowing people to AFK while in crafting or talking to NPC.

I honestly don't understand how these players want the people who don't want to stay to move when they are not allowing us to leave. The developers need to auto kick crafters who are in crafting mode too, or people who are standing to talk to NPCs too.

This is the one exploit that's causing issues and needs to be looked over right away.

I got my alt to kick the character. Now the issue is my personal apartment T_T.

I can't even demolish outside since there are furnishing. So I ticketed GM to see if something can be worked out.
