By simplifying the jobs, we're going to see more and more people switch to DPS, I feel.

Simplifying jobs means that the jobs are more skill based then activating certain ability at right time of boss attack etc. Lots of abilities does not denote more skill is needed to play it, it just makes it overly complicated and clunky.
