None of ifrits moves can one shot you if you are at full HP, you really just need to suck it up, play defensively, heal yourself, and stop crying for a mode that does less damage.

When you have your healers fully dedicated to healing the tank from start to finish, and you only have Sacrifice II and Cure II as opposed to the Tier 3 heals, you can't really recover half of your health in short order, even with Bloodbath. I've tried. You have to disengage from the fight for a minute or two to even do that successfully - and that costs the team quite a bit.
Which also means you (or your healers) are doing it wrong. When you have your healers fully dedicated to healing the tank from start to finish, and you only have Sacrifice II and Cure II as opposed to the Tier 3 heals, you can't really recover half of your health in short order, even with Bloodbath. Also, healerS? Plural? All on the tank? Really....doing it wrong. One healer can keep the tank alive AND help maintain party HP. More than one healer and it's EASY.

Yes, yes you can. Unless you are getting hit by every single eruption or plumes you can keep yourself up with just second wind 1 and sac/cure 2. You aren't even getting past 50% when he jumps and dashes three times instead of one, and if you wanted to could disengage and get 700-800 HP back from the start of the jump to the last. When you have your healers fully dedicated to healing the tank from start to finish, and you only have Sacrifice II and Cure II as opposed to the Tier 3 heals, you can't really recover half of your health in short order, even with Bloodbath. Ifrit's damage output isn't even an issue if you just position correctly and don't take avoidable damage, please stop saying otherwise cause it's like the 10th time I've told you in your various topics.
