    Question for people that ordered online what speed shipping did you choose? Did you choose the slowest one they had? Which I think is like 7-10 days to get to you.

    There was a shipping speed option ? As far as I remember ther wasn't one, so I was mystified I wasn't charged the exorbitant DHL charge ... plus even the postal service doesn't take 5 days to deliver packages from England.
