Lv.70 DRG Title - Mistranslation or Odd Decision? *Spoilers*

Simply put in the Lv.70 DRG quest at the end they specifically say maybe we should be called the "Crimson Dragoon" cause reasons. This would make sense as an alternative to "Azure Dragoon", both represent colors Blue vs. Red.


However, for whatever reason the title we actually receive is "The Blood Dragoon". So I am curious, what does the quest say for Japanese and/or other languages and what is the title received as well?


Why would they choose a different title instead of what was mentioned in the quest itself and that actually makes sense contextually with the other DRG storyline? Or alternatively why not say "The Blood Dragoon" in the quest itself if that's what they expected to call us?
