    At 66 I've had no issues with enmity hold , but post 64 even tho my armor is MSQ and dungeon drops it feels like I'm wearing paper. I'm sweatin' it from CD to CD to live. Dps feels slightly buffed though it doesn't feel quite on flavor. Here's hoping it's better at 70.

    I personally would love to see TBN's Blood not be a clear req. but rather you gain blood similar to mana with Blood Price. For instance: If you clear the shield you get 50 Blood, if you only lose half you get 25 and what not. If that's not possible, then make the mitigation last 5 seconds but the chance on return a little higher. Otherwise it's only usefulness is on big pulls or prep hard hits. (Bosses struggle to clear it so far). It's the only ability that encourages bad play (standing in AoEs for Blood), likewise better gear reduces the chance of return.

    I like the idea of there being some skill to getting the return, but currently to me 5 seconds feels stressful and makes you want to get hit, not use it for mitigation.

    Bloodspiller is boring. C&S has more situational use than BS.

    Delirium feels like a tax and is better with BW than BP.

    Imo, delirium should give you 16s of BP or 8s of BW, regardless of if you have the buff already or not. OR maybe should give you both!!

    As is now it just creates unecessary delay for an already long cd (120s).

    1) Blood Price needs to do more. I feel like the end of every pull is HS > SS > repeat so I have plenty of MP since BP is worthless for smaller pulls.
    2) Put Quietus on oGCD and add threat generation to it.
    3) Abyssal Drain is fine. I just cannot USE it often enough. Or at least not the DA version.
    4) Add threat to Quietus
    5) Figure out Dark Passenger. It's worthless right now. I need to save my MP on every pull for hate. I cannot even use Darkest Night on most pulls because I need it for hate.

    - Bloodspiller & Quietus: Make them off-gcd. This would just make them integrate better into rotations by allowing them to be weaved into combos and make them feel smoother, faster-paced and more fun.
    In addition to the above I think it might be a good idea to decrease the MP cost for Unleashed to coincide with the potency decrease. That way you have one weaker and less costly AoE emnity tool in Unleashed and one more powerful and costly, with potential self sustain, AoE emnity tool.

    I have to say that with the changes, it's been so much harder holding hate at 70. With enmity generation dropped, Unleash doesn't do enough to keep up with melee that have super high-potency abilities. SAMs with their 1200 Guren or 1080 Midare, MNKs with the sheer insane amount of actions they can slam into a few seconds... it's been hell to keep up, especially when I get a ton of DPS who don't seem to know what the heck Diversion is. Even on single targets, where I should be casually able to hold my own, I struggle. I had a 310 MNK come in and slam his way constantly to the top of my hate list, to the point where if I did anything but my Power Slash combo he'd start to roll right up to the top of the list. During his burst phases, I had to even use DA'd Power Slash just to keep up, not even to pull ahead. It's insane.

    Granted, I'm only at 295 right now. I'm still fresh to 70, working on Verity pieces and such, so hopefully once I hit 310 or so I'll be a bit better off?
