    Where is this dress!?

    Hi guys saw this dress in the Eorzea collection vid and I can't seem to find it anywhere. There's an npc in Rhalgar's reach that is wearing it by the splendor vendor (but it's not on the mb or in any of my crafting lists) HELP!

    There's a fair bit of level 70 gear that seems to be missing, included crafted DoW/M gear. It might be released in one of the coming lockouts.

    Does anyone know if every sets shown on that video were made available at the release at the start of SB? Maybe they'll be made available only in future patches? Although I was overjoyed at seeing so much glamour I did think it was a lot of new sets at once... too good to be true o:
