We have the Moonfire Faire coming up in, probably, a few weeks. Maybe this is an outfit we'll be getting then? We've gotten eastern style attire from those events a couple times before.

Same model but not the same item. The dress in the video has a floral pattern on it. The mog station dress does not.Also the dress in the video has long sleeves and the mog station dress is sleeveless.

The dress Itzalnikistros asked about is the paywall dress.

Looks like this theory is correct. Here's an image from the dev blog preview of the lost canals of uznair. It'll probably be crafted with the material dropping from the lost canals.
