thats not a long queue at all, though i dont know how you can have 124 thousandths of a person in a queue, but still, shouldn't take much time at all!

That was likely a typo, as in some parts of Europe, a comma (,) is used to separate between thousands. While I (and I believe England in general) use the apostrophe (') to denote it, it is different across Europe. She was probably saying a 2'124 person queue.

I know, though i had never seen an ' used to denote thousands, that ones new. I was making a joke \o/
