That was likely a typo, as in some parts of Europe, a comma (,) is used to separate between thousands. While I (and I believe England in general) use the apostrophe (') to denote it, it is different across Europe. She was probably saying a 2'124 person queue.

I know, though i had never seen an ' used to denote thousands, that ones new. I was making a joke \o/

like...the first complaint, second, or the twentieth (which says a lot since you've only had slightly more than 21 posts total) could not convey your point enough i guess

So that means you contributed absolutely nothing positive to the forums whatsoever (I guess if you count complaining about the same thing over and over and positive)
