stormblood box edition code used! please help!

I am having the same issue with PC Digital Download Collectors. Took the early access code fine.. now when entering 20 digit product registration it tells me code has already been used and on my account page next to Stormblood it had a handy BUY button /sigh!!

I only have one service account. And as yet no reply from support Ticket Number 7197253

OK so I have just recieved another purchase invoice via email same date and number as the initial purchase invoice ... this one has a different 20 digit code which has registered the Stormblood expansion so it would appear there were 2 product codes one for EA and one for Stormblood itself? A very convoluted way of doing it and poorly explained.

I'm left hoping I haven't been charged twice!!

Its possible that someone that works at whatever store you bought it from did a nifty job of opening it up, and using the code, then close it back. I've had this happen numerous times especially when I buy online.

Now, I only buy games like this straight from the company that makes it or buy a hard copy from a reputable local store like gamestop where this is much less likely to happen.

I'm thinking someone either guessed the codes or gained access to where the codes are stored. It wouldn't be the first time I've seen this has happened with other games and SE doesn't have the best security.

If you still have all the codes, receipts and original packaging I don't see why you couldn't call in and get things sorted out. Plus they will likely know if the codes have been compromised, even if they won't admit it.

Yea, it wass sealed with that PS4 tape on the bottom of the box so surely noone in the store opened it unless they have a way to reseal it back with that ps4 tape... my best guess is that someone, somehow, i dont know how keyloged me and took my code as i entered it in wrong place first and then somehow changed my password not to let me use it before him (my password was normal before entering code)... i bought it from like biggest ps4 store in croatia named Sancta Domenica which are main Croatian PS4 things distributer so I dont think that someone in store used it but who knows... anyway i contacted the store and explained situation and I was gicen a new code that was valid this time
