    Unchain is not just dps,is 100% utility we bring to the party and is the only thing we got left,now locked not only behind stance and rage but 120sec shared whit our new skill to have higher dps,Pld and Drk new skill dont lock anything,you use them and you gain something,Pld holy spirit do damage and give you resource to use defense cd,Drk is the opposite you use defense skill to gain dps now.

    Almost every weapon skill gives you ressource to use for either defensive or offensive skills.

    No, you use the defensive skill to defend. Casting TBN just to gain the 50 blood is not worh it vs using one more Dark Arts.

    Oh, and Unchained is only DPS. It's your DPS boost in Defiance...which is still excusive to WAR.
