They are now listing the price of the plots in Shirogane. It wasn't like that over the weekend was it?

It's been like that. You just can't purchase the land if you go up to the placard.

I thought they specifically said 4.1 for Shirogane to be opened for buying. I might be remembering wrong though.

I swear the patch notes said 4.1 as well, before servers went up, but now they definitely just say "future update" or whatever.

They said plenty of times that no one will be able to buy plots nor apartments until later; we don't know when.

They announced from the beginning that Shirogane housing will not be for sale until later. For now you can only look. SE will almost certainly announce it on their website when they are going to open them up for purchase. Until then, there is no point in getting anxious about it. Be ready when the day comes though, it will be a stampede.
