Registering new expac question

What you'll want to do is go to your square enix store account page and click on orders. From there you can access the stormblood pre-order and use the unlock code from there. the problem that i found, however, is more that the area to unlock is not the right format for the code. unless i'm also doing something wrong

Yeah, that's the code I tried and it says it's invalid. I went back to the pre-order site where you had to register for early access and I think that's the early access code. So I went back to the email I got when I originally preordered it and noticed another code that does fit that entry form. When I entered that, it says the number is already used. xD

I see people with the preorder stuff though, which is why I went to check the mog station. It says I have early access but it also says it's not registered, which is baffling.
