Transfers are a solution, may not be the one you want but it is a solution, and with them giving out free transfers and all those other bonuses, they are trying to give some incentives to those who transfer off the highly populated server. If you stay on Balmung or other high population server you have to accept the possibility of long queue times. I am on Greg, another overly populated server and I learned to deal with the queue times.

I've said this before, my server has at most 1 minute queues if any at all. The most populated WoW servers have huge queue times as well, especially on expansion launch. Not only a SE thing.

I have yet to see a login queue over 1000 on diabolos. It's usually around 5 or 6 hundred or lower in the evenings.

Transfering is a solution. It just happens to be one that you do not like. I'm on Balmung, too. At night the ques are bad. In the a.m. they're a cakewalk. (Signed in at 10:30 est with a que of 19, which means it's likely fake.) I work from home, so if I do have to wait that's not a big deal. If it is a big deal for you, though, you may have to consider your priorities. Is it a perfect, ideal solution? No. But it is an option and the fact that one exists and that you willingly choose to ignore it and continue to be dissatisfied is a problem of your own making.

they did not as we experience the same problem with 2.0 and 3.0 launch, which mean they did not learn from past error at all. And transfer is just a joke. When you play with people, and have fun with them, transfer is not a solution.

Dude this was 5 years ago. Legion had a smooth launch. And let me tell you that 2k people in WoW log in faster than 2k in XIV. It is not the same.
