How to Dragoon per Second: A DPS Paradigm

I have only been having trouble weaving geirskogul and mirage dive outside of instances and in instances when above 1000 skill speed. Else I have even been able to double weave blood for blood with a macro for dragon sight (because controller, hurr durr).
We are back to playing with gear to avoid skill speed like the plague or what?

PS: why don't we retain eyes stack when we lose BotD? Dungeon pulls and phase transitions are going to be our bore and our bane. I was expecting to be able tobuild up eyes during pulls to blow bosses and not being royally fucked in phase transitions. Even tho we can extend Botd up to 45s by refreshing it with the cd in the last second, it can only go that far.

In # you just write the party member number or name iirc. I have it by number and just drag people in my party list. It's the most miserable macro and high skill speed is its bane xP

I've been getting used to the dungeon pulls and keeping my BotD up. The botd cooldown is now 30secs, so at the end of a pull I get my timer up as high as I can and let it tick down as we move to next set of mobs. Lets say for example, we get to next set of mobs I may only have 6 secs left, I apply HT and start a combo, then at 1-2 secs left I pop botd again and get back to 15 secs. Granted its not perfect but I have itup more often then I dont.
