Can't buy in Shirogane "now"

I thought they specifically said 4.1 for Shirogane to be opened for buying. I might be remembering wrong though.

I haven't seen any official announcements of 4.1, just a lot of people mentioning it not likely being before 4.1 as a guess. It was not mentioned in the "next 4 weeks" part of the last live letter though. Perhaps they're waiting to see how fast people are progressing before they set a date in stone (which at this point is a good thing).
