    Hmm, when trying to transfer my character to Coeurl it's showing that it's going to charge $18, is this correct? I am Sargatanas right now which is listed as a "Standard World", would I have to be on a "Congested World" to get the free transfer?

    Pretty sure it is only free coming from a High Population server.
