You forgot to mention they shouldn't have locked 98% of the content behind instanced MSQ. A 5 yr old would make better design decisions.smh, The reason this stuff happens is because customers allow it to happen. There should of been a beta test, they should of looked at the numbers of people who bought the game and accounted for that, and they should of made sure they had extra server hardware in case of crashes. All of this could be prevented. You are in fact defending them when you should be asking why. We have no idea what is going on. There is no ETA. They literally came on and said..." We need to patch servers those who got locked out of their character... well sorry but you can't play your character for an undisclosed amount of time. Have fun!" Give me a break.
