What do you expect on the most heavily overcrowded server of all of them?

Oh no, I hear EU and JP data centers have been fixed. Is this true? Because if it is then NA doesn't have a ghost of a chance of being fixed until long past the official release.
Early access bugged it`s fine, but the lack of communication is that really bothers :-(

Yes, I'm okay with the issues, honestly. I understand launch bugs and congestion causing issues. I'm sure they knew there would be issues, but there was no way of telling how the issues would manifest until the xpac went live. I just wish we could get some info. Even a "We're working on it. What we've tried hasn't worked. We've not forgotten the players" would be greatly appreciated
I'm not even mad... I'm just, sad... I'm disabled and already really mentally poor and this is just making my mental disorders worse.

Then let's not worry about early access at the moment, take the servers down and fix the damn problem. Put some more financial resources the support server capacity for instances. We don't need early access if this is a thing.

Agreed. The lack of proper communication is the really terrible thing.

I doubt they have the finances to put towards more servers currently. They only have a 33M$ budget. While that sounds like a lot to most people, for an mmo of this scale, it is a third or less of what they honestly need. This budget includes everything from servers to salaries for the entire dev team and those associated with the game, including music, voice actors, concept art designers, everyone. And this money has to last them until the next expansion budget is released and they begin working on that.
