If people really thought that this would go smoothly, then people are just delusional. Instead of bitching and complaining, take that energy and level your other classes while we wait for a fix. The only complaints that are legitimate are the ones that got locked out of the game due to the trial bug

Wellll, I'm too old and sick to throw anything, much less a tantrum, but lets look at some facts here..
SE has had this happen with every single release since FFXI.
People payed good money to get early access as promised bY SE, but that early access is ghostware at this point, and SE KNEW this was going to happen.
Most of the pople who spet money on this expansion ( not the ones whos mommies and daddies paid for it ) have been sold a false bill and are feeling a little ripped off.. I mean, its one thing for a new company to underestimate the load conditions on a new release. It's a completely different thing for the company to know whats going to happen and still make false promises just to make a sale any way.. We're literally being told, "thanks for the cash, now come back on the 20th when everyone can play..
I'd be just a might bit upset too..

On my server the only things that are down instance wise are the Stormblood MSQ stuff.

We can do dungeons, palace of the dead, pvp, trials, etc.

Here is a novel idea, go outside, read a book, go to the movies, hang out with friends or family. Go to the beach, to the mall, go play paintball, go to the arcade, go play laser tag or ride go-karts. Play another game? Continue leveling jobs through FATE/PotD.

Oh no! You D/C'd? Take a break, do some stretching, walk your dog. Watch Netflix. Call your mom.

Seriously, if you didn't see this coming as a buyer, you don't have much experience with MMO games.

On another note, the level of vitriol in this sub is pretty absurd. I've seen people complain less for worse transgressions.
