And that is a problem that the community created itself and can solve.With regards to the kicking after 30 mins afk you can as I say easily get around that. After all the game can only kick you if it registers you as afk but if you were to say have you character constantly moving or engaged in looking at something with an option menu then it can't register you as AFK and thus lies a problem - kicking people who go afk for 30 minutes just doesn't work when the number being kicked is less than the number trying to get in.
Stop being selfish and just log off!

This was my plan, "I can't do content because the server is too congested? Guess I'll log off and do it later"
Is it something that could have been avoided? Sure. Does screaming about it and kicking up a fuss make the fix come any faster? No. Are the devs doing everything they can? I can almost guarantee it.
I agree with your sentiment about selfish entitled players, the community needs to collectively grow up and get a grip, a stable expansion launch is stressful enough for the devs as it is, let alone the community screaming about the problems that the devs are already running around trying to deal with
