Best Served with Cold Steel still not working

im from Midgardsormr server when EA started we realize to our dismay that DF was broken this was directly post 24 hour maintenance, some had issues with logging in and corrupted client, then to prevent server crashing which on our side happened if im not mistaken twice they implemented the instanced areas, at this juncture and at no point did we hear any thing about any emergency maintenance or que being put in place except for player to wait, now it has been more than 24 hours from EA and these following issues persist:

1. Best Served with Cold Steel is fully unavailable
2. Unable to progess anywhere nor do anything in game as due to the unavalibility of point 1 above, we cant access any new areas nor can we level up our DOL classes as it requires us to head to new areas
3. unable to attune aether currants
4. unable to level up DOH classes as guess what we need the mats from DOL as such what affects DOL affects DOH.

So at this point what exactly does SE wants us to do stop playing the game esp when we are paying for the Subs and have paid additional for the Expansion, Please SE this isn't a Free MMORPG, the excuse that you could not anticipate the crowd turnover wotn fly as u exp same thing as ARR and HW EA, in Essence, u created a MSQ with a probability of getting Flooded with players at a very early juncture in the base story where there isnt any option for them to do but either wait, spam or log off.

Waiting and spamming increases the frustration of players and contributes to the unstability of the servers, to not provide any further update the last being 14 hours ago is beyond even me, why released a product when as soon as the sheer number try to access it will collapse your entire infrastucture (server), why are we paying Subs as well as for the Expansion to be innundated with this mess, R u saying that we need to stop playing is that truly the message the SE wants to tell their Fans and potential New Players.

Also as a heads up quite a few new players who have entered the game have become dissillusioned as they cant progress and dont forget some paid additional for the potions or worked hard to level up to reach SB, as Mentors we managed to do some damage Controll but it wont fly if this persist also come what may once it hits 20th and if this isnt sorted u will have a debacle of epic proportions.

Please do something anything to fix this mess as atm the SB is for all intents and purposes unplayable by everyone, implement a que or something, trust me ppl wouldnt mind waiting for hours instead of this mess

You will start lose the players. I am one trying do the same quest all day long, we paid for the game and we pay monthly subscription for this?

I think the worst thing is that if you're stuck on Raubahn in Lamia, its a grim thing to know you're still going to get stuck on Pipin if RNGesus blesses you enough to get past Cold Steel

I'm frustrated, disappointed and sad because there is clearly an incredible expansion that only a small fraction of the playerbase can see. What's in the game looks amazing, and then they go and sour it with such a colossal screw-up. We really need more than vague apologies at this point. DO SOMETHING.

well, it's 5 a.m. and i'm going to bed. You hyped this "early release" so hard, yet were unprepared. Early release I guess means even having less available to us than usual? No HW trials or dungeons even?? So, basically... you want us to just wait it out, right? Well, I remember "waiting it out" with 1.0 and giving it maybe a day or two. People are returning just for this expansion, and if this is how they're greeted, with unavailable duties, areas, trials, everything basically, do you think they're going to stay?? I know every game has it's issues when it is first implemented, but this one was so major that it can break the entire want for the game. I kind of wish I could cancel the physical CE I bought after this, but alas you just shipped it. I mean those alone are basically robbing the players, $300 for plastic statue, box, and little booklets/in-game items. For a company/game that is ringing in that sort of cash, you guys should have your stuff together by now. HW should have been your "beta" into these kinds of issues, even then it was never THIS BAD. The thing that makes me the most mad, though, is that you say just give it time. I gave it time. All day. Do you really expect people to just unanimously say, hey, we're all going to stop spamming this instance right now? It's not going to happen. It's only going to get worse as more and more people log in and return for this thing. Horrible. Can't even level in POTD without d/cs. Fates. Fun. Sorry for the numerous rants, but you over-hyped this game and came out with a beta... a failed beta that probably needed a lot more work before you ever released it. Hurrah.

Problem is for a lot of people across all the Datacenters, it's not just centralised with the instanced concerning raubahn and pipin. Yup i know of the two, im personally stuck since yesterday in Raubahn BSC, but reports are coming in that this mess concerns any or all instances inclusive even job or class instances and a lot of people are finding problem with the Df, some are using prefix party to by pass that mess, Somehow post maintenance SE literally broke the entire game see the other threads on the forums, speak to the rest on your servers the issue that we are facing now is a practical collapse of all the instances, some getting access if they are lucky and the DF still being broken some still getting the 90k error so on so forth, i stand to be corrected on this or any part if in the event im wrong, But SE has to fix this ASAP, i havent played much since yest and i just logged off no point in prolonging my misery and getting to overworked and frustrated about this but trust me this events irks me and every other player, Wish we had some clarification from SE about what really is going on and why are they taking so long in addresing this issue as from past conduct they have proven themselves to be the opposite of that so why be MUM now??

I've just cancelled my subscription, I actively encourage others to do the same, If our words and opinions do not matter to Square perhaps cutting off the renewals on our subscriptions will get their attention!

i wouldn't go that far yet, give them a chance they have been honest and straightforward with us so far(From ARR time their past conduct, words and actions), just waiting on them to do the same here

Yea probably not that far, but im giving them another 24 hours, they were preparing for this expansion since before, the 3 days maintenience for the server change with better hardware ? the 24 hour maintenience before "early" access.... they were trying to prevent this, but not being able to progress thru the game because of 1 single quest ? its totally a mess, i understand if it was instance problem (you can still quest, do fates, etc) but you can't do anything than fate grinding and for how long will that last ?....

So they coulda do a Beta Test before this "early" access which to me this looks more a beta test than an early access.....
