What kind of statement is " We will provide an update once the World Transfer Service is reinstated. " after " or later ".

This is like some 19 y/o law student that was playing a unicorn flute while trying to translate Japanese text via google translate.

We don't need an update after its been reactivated, we need a date and time of when to expect it back in service!

My interpretation: "or later" means "Don't even bother checking before that time."
Transfers will likely not be reinstated until server load is down at something slightly more normal. Else they would just add to the problems and be likely to fail.

Omega is literally the only server I don't see available to choose from for transfers out of servers available to transfer too :/
