    Good news for the curious. Its 200 based on... INT! At 60 in a 270 set it heals for 3k (caster health is 21k.) 3k can save a life. I just wish that you could use it on yourself or that it had a wider variety of cleansing than just dots. Overall i was very pleased with having this skill on rdm. It's like icing on the cake. :]
