That's part of the big issue. Their response was a "we aren't going to do anything about it." type.

But thats the issue. I have no idea if im supposed to wait for SE to fix it, or if i should stand here spamming it for 5 hours. Its not going to calm down with waiting since pretty well no one is getting through it. So it will just get progressively worse unless SE implements a fix, and more and more ppl will get to that point and get blocked.
