Someone correct e if i´m wrong.
I´m at lv 55, on cactuar.
If i create a new char on a preferred world, will that char get the double xp- items-Gil and 15 free days to my account?
Or is that only for europeans?
Also from what i read the free transfer service is only for people on gilgamesh-balmung?(na worlds)

Creating a character on a preferred world will give an XP bonus and Silver Chocobo feathers. Not sure if this applies to all your characters or only the new character, but I suspect it is the latter.
Leveling that character to level 30 will give free game time.
Bonus gil is only for new character reaching level 30 on a new world (i.e. Omega)

Free transfers to preferred world is only available to characters currently residing on a congested world. Of the NA servers only Balmung and Gilgamesh count as congested.

Free transfer to new worlds is available for all characters.
