MNK 4.0 Changes . . . I'm not a fan tbh

Ya know what's sad? Despite the (Justified) rage and (Perhaps a little dramatic) shitshow that took place due to the Whm changes, at least two of their skills are potentially pretty potent. Thin Air (Awesome) and Divine Bension (Free, instant Stoneskin ain't bad, tho Lillies still are ehhh...). Looking at the job guide for Monk, I can't say anything new is objectively great. The best thing is Deep Meditation, but that ain't nearly close to making up for everything else being mediocre at best.

Like I said, I'll main it and Sam side by side, likely with PLD, but just... damn. I'm legit not looking forward to leveling like in 3.0.

Potency reduced from 140 to 130.
Potency when executed from a target's rear reduced from 180 to 170. that's for snap
Potency when executed from a target's rear reduced from 140 to 130. that's for TS
Potency when executed from a target's rear reduced from 150 to 140. That's for DK

On the Job Guide they put out they are all flank. At least they are on the NA version. If I log in and they are rear I will be immediately buying a set of gear and leveling Ninja XD

I am reading the NA version right now and they say Rear for me.

SP/Demo grants a chakra when GLIII is up.

This is just depressing. I'll still get MNK to 70 first but I doubt I'll keep playing it after that now.

Exactly the same for me. Probably gonna immediately level SAM after beating the MSQ and switch from then on if there's no changes.
