I have been doing my weapons slowly through just roulettes but unless you get lights for L50 or SB dungeons as well now that doesn't really seem viable anymore.
HW dungeons generated light for the 2.x relics so I don't see any reason why the 4.x won't generate light for the 3.x Anima.
