you be surprise how fast house go when they added in the other 4wards 60 houses each in 3 different zones had issues logging in and then when did was que timer and finally got it was maybe 5 left in goblet and those didn't last more then 20-30min

Yeah but this is over 2.1K plots - to put that in perspective that's half the entire active player population of the smaller US servers (and a third of the smaller EU servers)You'd need all these people taking an emergency day off work/school and logging in at the same time. If that actually happened, this game would be beyond godly

lol true enough mostly the thing SE need to do make it 1 house per account cause one of the bigger issues as you said all these people got to own a house plus have alts who own a house too

There is 2100 plots, and i think the average active player base on the EU server was said to be 7000? Not sure at all so don'T cite me on that. It doesn't sound too bad but i really can't guess how many people will go there for housing so it's really fully up to chance how fast housing will be gone, while there is a chance everything sells out instantly there also is a large chance though that it's gonna be a little slower. I'll still make use of my grat internet and tons of preparations to just rush everyting though since i don't want to risk not getting the large fc house my fc has been working for this last month, that I've been constantly sitting at the retainer bell and crafting for u.u

either way they should open it to FC first and foremost least for a few hours or a day giving those without a house a chance over those who gonna rush in with mains and alts to buy a house or 2

Also when they do open if you see someone in PF selling a house report them for it that'll stick it to these ones who buy one on an alt just to try and sell it for more gil

Well I have a day off and will be in as soon as the transfer allows me. You're right, I dont trust it but at the same time the huge amount of plots makes me think I'm worrying way too much. Look I'll just be relieved when I have my plot, especially as I have one small house in mind

FC normal go for med or large only reason go for a small cause only 5 or less members

People are just greedy stacking up properties on alts knowing people are just waiting for the one. Still don't understand why they're not account limited.

Account limited is unfair to people who pay full price for a sub for multiple characters on multiple data centers. World limited, yes. I have a FC home on Ultros, but what if I wanted to get married and have a home on Odin. Better yet, Omega. The land's there, my partner is there, and they dont want to pay for a transfer to Ultros.

I appreciate what you're saying - I guess I was really thinking about the same world as I wasn't considering people playing different characters on different servers. There are players that own three or four properties each on the same world and literally have nothing in them. And that's a bit too much!

Here's what I predict will happen.

Most of the plots will be bought, if not all somewhat early.

After about 3 months, quite a few of them will free up again.
