    There's bound to be more, right? I mean, the whole expansion couldn't be just 3.6GB.

    Alot isn't counted as SB. Swimming, for example, would be in the ARR patch because non-SB players can use it. Same with battle changes, animations, RDM/SAM (though unlock is SB only). Anything people can see without owning SB will be in the patch (Weapon, armour, jobs, job skills etc etc etc)
