PS4 SB Preorder - EA Not Listed

NA, PS4 Digital Stormblood Preorder, Early Access Missing from Services List

The recent post about Early Access says the following for PS4 users digitally preordering:

Visit the “Settings” menu of the PS4, then select “PlayStation Network/Account Management,” then “Account Information.” Scroll down and select “Services List,” and find “FINAL FANTASY® XIV: A Realm Reborn™.” Selecting it will show an entry labeled “FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood Early Access.”

The only problem with this is Stormblood Early Access isn't listed. What is listed:

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood Collectors Edition Pre-Order
Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood Pre-Order
Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood Collectors Edition Tracker
Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood Tracker

There are Reddit posts about this with no response, and I didn't see anything here with responses either. Was the post wrong, and we just have to see Stormblood Pre Order to have Early Access, or did Sony mess up and not give us the right service for the game?

Also, what's up with being able to download only after Early Access goes live? When I pre-ordered it said it would download all the necessary files on the 13th, not the day OF early access.

Same and yeah seen multiple people asking this with no response, all I can assume is the lodestone is a typical copy and paste translation from the JP notes and on the JP psn it says “FINAL FANTASY XIV: Stormblood Early Access.”*where as ours actually just lists "Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood Pre-Order" which will grant access to early access, when checking the timer on psn now it lines up with early access but I'd rather we got official confirmation on the specifics, wether it be a lodestone typo or a psn mistake, otherwise there's alot of us that will be pretty upset if we don't get our early access.

Yeah, was a bit concerned about this myself. And like, if I check my account status on the MogStation after having gone through all the hoops instructed to for registering, I see "Stormblood Early Access" under my account status, but no "O" mark under "PS4 Version" indicating that I actually have it.

Actually sent in a formal support ticket, but haven't gotten a response yet.

I had this same issue. However now that the timer from PSN is up, both the theme along with "Stormblood early access" have appeared. So I guess it just waited until the countdown was up to put it on the services list.

Talked with both square and sony and apparently everyone is good to go for EA for some odd reason the store is glitched out on Stormblood and wont display you having ever bought it however your licences are all there .

A quick fix for this has been posted, not sure if people have posted in here but if you launch the game up and log in as if you were to play, it'll give you a screen to authenticate your EA access if you have pre-ordered and will show up on your mogstation.

This isn't a quick fix....this is how it has always been planned.

As another person said this is not fixing anything cause nothing was broken and working the way it suppose to as it did in HW also.
