the problem is people don't do dungeons for the capped stones - they want the uncapped stones for relic quest. but when the latest dungeons give less uncapped stones than dungeons from previous patches it's obvious that people don't go in the new dungeon then.

i am SO sick of ARF. they just have to adjust the uncapped tomestone reward in favor of the new dungeons and people will start running expert roulettes again...

The issue with this remark is SB is going to be using a new piece of content for relic, Eureka, so until we see how that pans out we can't start assuming they will use tomes again for said content.

They should just delete tomes entirely. Clearly the process favors spamming certain easier/faster content until they max out their gear and then have no further reason to do the content. Not that I like the RNGesus drop system either.

I think the Alexander raid's were the right compromise of "parts for gear" without RNG'ing the drops. But the problem was the parts were not guaranteed either. Once you have that gear, why would you ever run it again?

Or simply make expert dungeons loot on the same ilvl as uncapped tomestones. You'll at least do the latest dungeon instead or farming only 6-month old content.
