Yeah i sent a ticket if id be able to get a refund but its looking grim thast why i thought that maybe this way i can at least save some money. ty for the answers!

If all else fails and you paid with a credit/debit card... you can always call up your bank/provider, tell them you tried to get a refund, and ask them to reverse the charge. Don't do this is you got it from a merchant you don't want to tick off (eg Steam), but if it was some random store or online merchant, it's a last resort you can use.

They are. Steam will do likewise. But if he didn't buy it from one of them, and they're refusing a refund... it's an option.
