Bearing in mind that the simulator is based on a development build that could differ from what we will see at launch, I have experienced Manafication not really lining up. At least in a striking dummy scenario where you are able to consistently attack an enemy, Manafication consistently came off cooldown roughly around the time white and black mana would be sitting at 60 each. That made it too soon for use, but on the flip side, by waiting on using Manafication, it allowed for two melee phases within a short time frame than usual.
