About Esuna, Exalted Detriment and Leeches change

@Winsock: Ummm yeah like what has already been said by LegoTechnic, those abilities that tanks and dps get that remove certain debuffs and or dots are on a 90 second cooldown and are meant as emergency buttons, not as replacements to Esuna, Exalted Detriment and Leeches.

Please name more than 1 content where you need to esuna more than once every minute or even every two minutes. Dun Scath and?

Mandatory Esuna exists about as often as situations where cover is useful as a PLD.. in about ~10% of all fights.
