    Popped at ~9 CST while we were killing Ifrit, went to it and Roysia saying the Imperials Vanquished... waiting around for confirmation if it goes on for more than 1 time in a row or not. as people have stated previously in this thread.

    Yep, she depopped and repopped again and I beat the battle.
