PSA: Stormblood Pre Order through PSN store

Hello folks just wanted to share some information in regards to people who purchased Stormblood via the PSN store. The other day I noticed I had the download timer for the expac going when browsing the download in PSN store. This morning it is now asking me to purchase the product again. If you ordered the expac from the store please check and verify you still have it ordered. From what Sony support told me there appears to be a license issue on their end confirmed by a supervisor. On their end they do still see the pre order purchased. I am still hoping for my early access. If you notice this issue on your end as well please reach out to Sony. The more folks complaining about this the faster it might get resolved.

I just checked and it's showing the same for me too. No timer anymore and it wants me to purchase the pre order again. I don't have enough time to submit a report until later today though. I really hope they can resolve this swiftly before early access launch.

I am having the same issue. There is no timer on it in the store anymore while before it said that I could predownload it on the 11th which is today and says unavailable for purchase. It used to say the 13th as predownload date. In my services list, through, it says I still have it. It has Stormblood: Early Access, Preorder, and Tracker. And I did check themes and the pre-order theme still has a timer of 2 days.

I hope I'll still be able to download it.

Yes, same thing here! I tried restoring licenses but that did nothing. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!

I bought the CE from psn and it shows the same issue that you guys, but i guess their system knows that i bought the CE because for the normal edition it says unavailable, so hopefully it will be fixed on tuesday.

I'm in the same boat I checked the store and mog don't have it preordered anymore but still have early access on the mog and the theme is still their with a countdown timer.Stormblood is unavailable for purchase and restoring license didnt work.

It will start downloading for PSN on Thursday (15th) right? I have that day off and XIV down for maintenance that day anyways so if it doesn't do it then I will just contact them then. Although I did not pre-order from PSN and did physical copy from best buy I did get pre-order code that gave me a PSN code that I entered into PSN and under my service list is says

Question! I pre ordered the digital copy from the PSN store. I have the early access and the early access tracker on my PSN services list but it is not reflected on my mogstation. Should I be concerned? o.o

Same issue timer is gone and the prompt to make a preorder is there but I'm not pressing that button with a 10 foot pole. The early access and tracker are in my services though so hopefully there won't be any issues

I preordered and don't see the tracker on my PSN services... but I know it is still preordered because I checked my themes and it says the SB theme will install on Tuesday. Hope it shows, and soothes, anyone else who is worried.
