Keep in mind, if for whatever reason you cannot get codes, the devs did mention they will be putting all the Amazon promotional items on the Mogstation at some point. So they won't be lost forever.

Its not that they hate you its just about 20 times more complicated to do the stuff for people in the EU since there are so many different countries in that region and each has their own laws.

Is there anything stopping them from linking the promotional items to purchases from the official Square Enix store for European players? I mean, they already do it with the likes of the Wind-Up Nidhogg and Wind-Up Hraesvelgr minion. As it stands, a lot of the European promotions have just been pretty awkward and inaccessible for the bulk of those interested.

I gave codes to my fc mates and they had no issues with claiming the promotion items. So if you have an EU account and have the codes you can get the items.
