For us who ore ordered the CE from the SE store , are we gonna be getting it on the 20th? Or on the 16th?

At what point do we receive codes for the actual game? Pre-order codes are out and redeemed, but only Early Access shows up in Mogstation, not the actual game license itself.

Because you have not registered the expansion to your account so you don't have a license to it yet. The EA code only allows you to play temporary (during EA and like week after) then you have to enter the SB key to register to your account to keep playing. If digital you should receive key on the 20th if physical should get it on or around the 20th.

I have a SE EU account, but I live in the United States now. I have been trying to get a digital download (EU) but the SE EU store will not let me log in. Also, the one time it did, my email address was wrong, and thee is no way to change it. I called EU support about a year ago, and changed the email address, but it is still incorrect on the site. So how do I change the email address and even log in, and how can I get an EU activation code for Stormblood in the US?

Hi, have a question, im playing on pc and have arr+hw for now, i didnt preorder sb yet because a ps4 pro is on the way next monday... so.. i want to change to ps4 and want de Early access to play stormblood on 16th... do i buy arr normal and preorder the stormblood (ce in this case) and i will be set? And ...stormblood ce includes heavensward ce or normal?

If you want to switch to PS4 yes you will need to buy ARR again as for HW coming with SB you will be locked out of HW until SB launches (if I read correctly) unless you continue to play on PC.

If I don't have the money in my account for preordering Stormblood, and it starts the transaction, do I try to cancel it myself, or wait to see if Square Enix cancels it? I wasn't able to cancel it prior due to getting the Early Access code.

EDIT: Especially when the SE store says it's validated.
