    Yeah Grid used to be dead but not so much now. Everyone just congregates in Ul'dah because of the city layout. Also, most people put their retainers there too.

    I really hope with the new AH/Market Ward system it's all combined.

    2nd part. If you want to have any chance to sell your stuff or find the things you are looking for in MW, you have to go to uld'ah.

    City layout is a question of preferences and should be more or less balanced among players tastes, but selling and buying stuff is a necessity
