I think I just died inside.Ok it happened...IT FREAKING HAPPENED OMG!!!
So i was in an Expert, everyones in 260+ gear, we all say hello, We pull and right off the bat the Drk doesn't use Unleash, nope. What do they use....can you guess? It's not Dark Passenger nope nope, it's FLASH. This isn't like a level 30 dungeon this is max level, albeit not taxing, but it's max level content and they can't use Unleash a move you get at level 8....holy s*it.... You have Unleash you don't ever EVER need Flash in any kind of scenario as a Drk.
I asked them can you please use Unleash over and over in translation, they said hi so they understand english, nothing not a word at all. Monk pulls threat on first boss and dies because the tank hit sprint and is using Delirium. I ask them why are you using Flash, their response and i'll never EVER get over it was "it costs less mana :P", I left the group and said to myself that's it for FFXIV for the day.

A12 normal with a friend today, her as SMN, me as a DRG.
At least, group knew the fight. We get a wipe on the first try for some random error.
Second try, random deaths, group has pretty low dps. We get it to 6% until there is like 20sec left before Divine Judgement. Tank is all like "HEALER LB". There was no way we get it down after a healer LB with our DPS, so I gamble on melee LB, get it to 1% with 10sec left, but the group couldn't finish it.
Tank blames me for using LB when he wanted a heal one and promptly leaves.
I was in potd, 61 - 70. 3 Healers and 1 Tank. The tank is acting like a tank which is fine. The two healers other than myself just chose to stand there, applying regen and using cure for 2% off of someone's hp bar. I didn't say anything and just observed for a while, as I was the only one of the three of us healers constantly doing basically anything. Like 10 minutes later at around floor 65 I decide to see what happens if I stop dps'ing. As the tank is the only one dealing any damage at this point, I guess they decided it was a little too slow for them, so they decided to throw in a spell here and there for damage. Literally almost nothing still. Losing my patience, I decide to go back to doing damage and just bear with it. Floor 69, I'm already aggravated as it is. The tank has come nowhere near close to dying (for reference I died due to a treasure trap at one point, and another as I saw what would happen if I took damage if they would actually heal me or not (they didn't)). We manage to unearth a damage pom. One of the healers that has done the least so far decides to immediately use it.
This apparently was my tipping point. With no kind words, I asked why someone would use the damage pom "if you have no intention of ever dealing damage". The tank chimed in, saying "she does damage too, and besides it helps with healing". Literally the only damage she had dealt until then was when I tried waiting around to see if they would start doing damage. They would literally sit there for 30s-60s as the tank solo killed a single monster. With unkind words (kinder than you imagine) I told them she rarely did any damage and that with 3 healers we absolutely did not need any additional healing.
The tank says "lol bye".
They kicked me in the boss room.

Low-level dungeon (Below lvl 30). Tank kept popping all his CDs before pulling. Also, kept using tank LB each time it was up. Took so many AoEs to the face and died. I (SCH) was not blamed for anything, fewh~
I do that, but the moment I pass lead to someone else or ask who wants lead I see people leaving the party.PSA: If you're the leader of a party finder farm group that is on a very good roll... instead of silently and without warning disbanding the party when you're presumably done, how about passing leadership instead? Especially when there's still 30 minutes left in the bonus window. That group was wonderful, and just because you're done with it doesn't mean the rest of us are.

This isn't FFXI, good luck finding that kind of common sense courtesy in this game. Even if the party leader is of your server.PSA: If you're the leader of a party finder farm group that is on a very good roll... instead of silently and without warning disbanding the party when you're presumably done, how about passing leadership instead? Is it reset Tuesday yet.
I question whether I'm playing a PvE game with PvP mixed in, or I am I playing a PfG.
Went through my first Stone Vigil run in over a year last night, first thing I see when I load in is three people fretting in chat that they're doing to die. The only times I wasn't tanking mobs is when I forgot where stuff spawned.
End of the run, they claim that they can't run the place without dying at least twice apeice. Kind of bewildering, really, since Stone Vigil is a cinch.
If you don't touch the mobs you won't get hate. Building greased lightning means you are hitting the mobs. Touching the mobs in anyway will build hate. Leave them alone and let the tank pull them back. Don't cure the tank, if the tank dies pulling 10 mobs before using flash, then you got screwed on the tank you were given. Wait until the tank uses flash/overpower/unleash. I have done it many times with people that know how to wait, it works fine. It is the impatient ones that screw it up every time.
Only need shield lob, tomahawk, etc... to pull a group of 3, pulling 3 groups means only 3 actions to cost the tank TP or MP. Learn to wait and you won't have the issue.

Most the days, the forums aren't worth it. Just people crying that their favorite job isn't overpowered.
Literally all you have to do is press the leave button instead of the disband button. What happens from there is out of your hands. Pressing disband just shuts it down completely.
Just had a DRK tank in Sohm All Hard who didn't turn on Darkside even once throughout the entire run. The sad part is that he was a good enough tank that had he turned it on, there wouldn't have been any issues at all. Without it though, the BLM and I, (MCH), kept stealing aggro in every single boss fight, and he could just barely stay ahead of us even when he got it back.....
